We're seeking a Senior Programme Manager Homologation/Certification to join our rapidly growing team.
Reporting to our Head of Homologation , you will be part of a small, motivated team leading the delivery of certification and compliance.
You will be part of a cross functional team managing timing, resourcing, budget, readiness and live project status for Forseven across it's vehicle programmes in global markets, including Europe, North America, Gulf States and China.
This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity from our offices near Leamington Spa.

What you'll do Liaise with stakeholders to understand Homologation critical paths, managing the delivery of work using agility and appropriate mitigations.
Lead the development of timing and dependencies across programme and product lifecycle planning, provide credible timing plans supporting the main programme objectives.
Operational management of staff and resourcing against project deliverables Manage the delivery of Homologation and Certification To be the vehicle programme point of contact, enabling cross functional communication of timing, opportunity and risk, resourcing and budget Plan project delivery, mapping and tracking cross functional dependencies Who you are Experience in vehicle certification, legislation, design or testing Experience in an appropriate technical position within the motor vehicle industry Diligent and detail focused Strong communicator and empathetic Agile and energized working in a start-up environment About Us
