Medical Claims Administrator Sale c£25,000doe ** Free parking ** 35 hours per week My client are seeking a proven administrator/customer care professional, with experience working within the personal injury, claims or insurance sector.
Responsibilities: Liaising with insurance firms and solicitors, accurately inputting all client contact details and data onto the in-house system regarding ongoing on-going RTA, and personal injury claims, where patients require further treatment or surgeryLiaising with private hospitals and clients to sourcing and book a suitable provider to undertake the corrective surgeriesLogging costs and patient details onto the in-house system and MS excelUndertaking all other administrative duties in a timely manner Desirables: Must be a people person comfortable in reassuring and dealing with anxious, concerned and sometimes unwell patients.Previous experience working within Medical setting, such as a Medical Receptionist, Administrator or within the NHS or a private hospital, will prove a strong advantage.Absolute discretion with regards to patients and colleagues ***Attractive benefits *** Get in touch with Lisa today on 0161 928 9268 OR apply for this role if you are interested!
