Are you the right person for the job?
AITT Preferred but not essential if not ITSSAR, or RTITB instructor certification (required) Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a diverse audience Ability to captivate and engage participants with compelling and interactive training sessions At least 1 years of proven experience in training delivery Experience using a variety of training techniques and methodologies A self-starter who is motivated, independent, and possesses a strong work ethic Ability to work effectively both on your own and as part of a team A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards What will your role look like?
Deliver engaging and comprehensive forklift training programs to both internal staff and external clients Conduct in-person training sessions, ensuring participants are fully involved and able to apply their learnings Provide training in compliance with accredited standards (AITT) Maintain a professional demeanour and establish rapport with customers during on-site visits What can you expect in return?
Company in house courses as well as First Aid etc 20 days holiday plus bank holidays = total 28 days (3 days have to be taken between Christmas and New Year) Pension scheme Death in service Annual Profit share format explained at the interview Company van optional or you will be paid 35p per mile if using your own vehicle 1 or 2 staff outings to local venue i.e., Christmas meal If your CV is successful, you will undergo two interviews.
