Location: Stevenage Shift Pattern: 12-Hour Rotating Shifts (Days & Nights) Shift Times: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Days) & 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Nights) Contract Type: Temp-to-Perm Environment: Outdoor Yard Area Benefits: Temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term stability for the right candidate Ongoing training and development Work-life balance with a rotating shift pattern Be part of a supportive and dynamic team in a leading food production company Club Quest Key Responsibilities: Operate a counterbalance forklift to load, unload, and move products within the yard and production areas Assist in managing stock and ensuring products are correctly stored Perform routine safety checks on the forklift before each shift Maintain a clean and organised yard area, following all safety guidelines Support the production and warehouse teams with any additional forklift duties as needed Adhere to all company health and safety policies Requirements: Valid Counterbalance Forklift License (essential) Previous experience operating a forklift, ideally in a food production or yard setting Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights) A strong commitment to safety and attention to detail Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment If you're a skilled Yard Forklift Driver looking for a new challenge with the potential for permanent employment, we want to hear from you!
