Forklift Driver

Warehouse Operative with Counterbalance License & Driving License We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our team.
This is a hands-on role within a metalworking environment, requiring experience in heavy lifting and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities: Handling and organizing metal products within the warehouse.
Safely operating a counterbalance forklift (approximately 20% of the time).
Loading and unloading goods, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met.
Preparing and fulfilling customer orders, including building custom boxes for specific orders.
Occasionally delivering products to customers, requiring a valid UK driving license .
Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
Requirements: Valid full counterbalance forklift license .
Clean, full UK driving license .
Physically fit, as the role can be labour-intensive and involve heavy lifting.
Some carpentry skills are desirable for building customer boxes as required.
Previous experience in a warehouse or metalworking environment (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
Working Hours: Monday Thursday : 8:30 am 5:00 pm Friday : 8:30 am 4:30 pm Includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch break each day.
