Forest School Lead Teacher Opportunity Start Date : JanuaryApril 2025 (flexible) Salary : £30,000£35,000 per annum, based on experience Location : Camden, North London About the Role A leading early education team seeks a Forest School Lead Teacher to inspire young learners (ages 2-7) through hands-on outdoor learning.
Using nearby nature reserves, this role is perfect for a dynamic educator eager to shape childrens early experiences in nature.
Key Responsibilities Lead and Design Sessions : Plan and deliver engaging, nature-based learning experiences that encourage curiosity and resilience.
Collaborate : Work closely with class teachers and senior leadership to integrate outdoor learning into the curriculum.
Resource Management : Set up, maintain, and organize all outdoor resources, ensuring safety and readiness for each session.
Risk Assessment : Conduct and update risk assessments, ensuring all activities are safe and well-prepared.
