We're currently looking for a Food Safety Technician to work as an integral part of the team at our Wrexham Plant.
In this role you'll be responsible for working on executing strategies to ensure that the plant has consistently excellent plant sanitation and housekeeping standards which comply with Company policy and statutory legal obligations.
You will execute strategies to support the implementation of systems and practices, associated with the 7 Core Programme in Housekeeping & Sanitation.
A Taste of What You'll Be Doing   Compliance – Ensure compliance of onsite sanitation and housekeeping policies/ procedures against company policies and other relevant certification bodies.
Master Sanitation Schedule – Development, maintenance, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS).
Pest Management - Support pest management activities, including on-site management of the resolution of any pest visit actions or recommendations raised.
SSOPs (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures - Creation, upkeep, execution and continuous improvement of SSOPs in relation to plant wide cleaning activities, working with relevant parties.
Cleaning Documentation – Responsible for overseeing the creation and continuous improvement of end of run cleaning documentation.
We're Looking for Someone With   HACCP knowledge Food Science or related scientific qualification.
Comprehensive understanding of knowledge and application of sanitation systems Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing plant process systems, quality and food safety programs and controls Strong understanding of Knowledge and application of sanitation systems.
