Food Safety Officer

Food Safety Officer G2 Recruitment are working alongside our client to hire Food Safety Officer Contract length: 3 months (possibility of extension) Hours: 18.5 Working Pattern (Part Time): 4 hours in office, 14.5 hours doing inspections a week onsite in the South of England Job Details: One of our clients based in the Southeast of England are currently on the search for additional support within their Food Safety team to assist with their outstanding Category E inspections.
There are around 380 inspections to be completed and can be completed outside of normal office hours with only 4 hours in office per week.
We note that these inspections can be paid through Umbrella.
Requirements: Fully qualified to carry out Food Safety inspections.
Undertake proactive and reactive interventions and investigations for food safety, communicable disease, and health safety.
Have a complete and signed-off Food Competency Matrix.
Local authority experience required.
