The main goal of this role is to ensure our food safety systems are not just implemented but are also operating efficiently and complying with industry best practices and customer expectations.
You will be instrumental in supporting plant teams with the implementation of food safety initiatives.
Moreover, you will provide vital advice and coaching to business units and external partners on everything related to food safety.
Key responsibilities include: Developing, implementing, and maintaining the food safety management system.
Conducting regular risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of food safety.
Providing training and support to staff regarding food safety practices and protocols.
Maintaining documentation for food safety processes and procedures.
RequirementsNon-negotiatbles Level 4 HACCP trained and proven experience in food safety management within the food manufacturing sector Level 3 Food Safety trained Technical and quality background Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with diverse teams.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
A proactive approach to ensuring compliance and promoting food safety initiatives.
