Role Specification: Ensure high-quality service delivery and maintain high standard of customer service across all food and beverage establishments.
Engage with guests to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction whilst addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
Evaluate current service methods and identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to stay competitive and meet customer expectations.
Continuously review and adjust staffing levels to meet business demands.
Develop and supervise staff rotas to always ensure adequate cover.
Hold monthly meetings to discuss operational aspects, including objectives, sales targets, standards, and maintenance.
Motivate the team and provide opportunities for feedback and goal alignment.
Demonstrate strong leadership and human resource management skills.
Encourage and support staff development in line with the company's equal opportunities policy.
Promote an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.
Ensure the well-being of both guests and staff through proactive risk management.
Personal Specification: Essentials Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
