Within Brand Standards, effectively managing the day to day running of the Grand Tea Lounge & Lobby Bar and overseeing the smooth running of any meetings or events booked in the Trump Boardroom.
This includes but is not limited to rostering, manpower forecasting, revenue management, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, inventory, and supply management.
