About the Role: We are seeking a talented and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the food and beverage operations at one of the UKs most iconic destinations.

As Food & Beverage Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing all aspects of the operation, ensuring outstanding service standards, and maintaining an exceptional guest experience across multiple outlets.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Management: Manage and motivate a team of chefs, waitstaff, and bar personnel, ensuring high performance and a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily operations of food and beverage service, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality service in all areas, including the restaurant, bar, and event spaces.
Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.
Budget & Stock Management: Oversee budgets, manage stock levels, and ensure cost-effective ordering and supplier relationships, while driving sustainability and reducing waste.
Guest Experience: Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring a personalised experience for all guests.
Event Coordination: Work closely with event coordinators to deliver top-notch food and beverage services for private events, weddings, and special occasions.
What We Are Looking For: Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a senior role within a high-end hotel, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of managing, motivating, and developing teams to deliver outstanding results.
A passion for food and beverage with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues at all levels.
Experience in budget management, stock control, and understanding of cost-effective practices in the F&B sector.
A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Previous experience in a luxury or prestigious setting is highly desirable but not essential.
What We Offer: Competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
