Food & Beverage Assistant The F&B Host will receive regular training as and when agreed in synchronization with their personalised training programme.
The training will include all legal and statutory requirements, to understand the general activities of overall duties including the administration side of both departments management responsibilities.
Furthermore, the training will comprise of the following (included but exhaustive)- Health & Safety Food Safety COSHH, Product knowledge Team Player and general activities of the administration team and delivering administrative services to the F&B Team.
Service training for Bar, Restaurant, Breakfast, Room Service and/or Conference, Functions and Events Room set up and close downs for all occasions in all sections of the hotel Stock orders, Stock rotation and Stock counting ensuring a smooth and memorable experience Breakfast Set up, service and close down F&B Product knowledge and training - Food & Drink pairing Cocktail training and service Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner, consistently demonstrating great customer service SKILLS NEEDED Passion to provide exemplary customer service.
Full training will be provided.
The F&B Host can expect to work a mix of weekday and weekend shifts with some evening and late-night work (no lone working).
The F&B Host will work 40 hours over 5 days per week.
These roles all require the F&B Host to work onsite, remote working is not available.
