Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Specialist at Louma in Bridport. The Food and Beverage Specialist will be responsible for overseeing food service, customer service, food & beverage operations, and communication with guests. They will also utilize culinary skills to enhance the dining experience for Guests.
Qualifications 2 years working in a 5 Star / Fine Dining environment with Table Service Excellent culinary knowledge and ability to adapt to a high standard of service in differing environments Comprehensive beverage knowledge from barista to wine to bar Experience with POS Superb natural customer service and communication skills to provide the highest level of personal and professional service Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a team and independently Certification in Food Handling and Safety
