JOB DESCRIPTION: Hybrid role where the successful candidate will be tasked with working onshore, developing and engineering work scopes with the Campaign Project Engineer, before going offshore and delivering the Flotel FM Campaign work scopes to the expected standards and specifications.
This will be a key role within the contract, as the Campaign Supervisor you will be responsible for the offshore delivery for the Captain WPP Fabric Maintenance flotel campaign, ensuring that the campaign goals, objectives and expectations of both Bilfinger and Ithaca are delivered in line with the project plan.
This is approximately a 10 month campaign, onshore work preparation phase will commence in Q1 2025 with offshore phase commencing June 2025 TASKS Required to review & survey FM anomalies and assist in planning scope of work Responsible for all FM activities during the Campaign including rope access, scaffolders & FM teams Responsible to ensure QA/QC requirements are met Ensure safety is top priority and all HSE expectations are met Manage Campaign to complete scopes on time and in budget Plant/Equipment & Material control Complete Timesheets, Daily Reports & Trackers and various reports.
Management of campaign personnel Follow and adhere to company and client processes and procedures QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: NACE 2 / ICORR LV2 Coatings inspector minimum Experienced in all aspects of Fabric Maintenance (Coatings, PFP & insulation) Supervisory and Campaign experience Must be able to lead several small coating and scaffold teams Must be able to manage short notice change in work scopes and key priorities Highly organised and able to meet deadlines Provide accurate and detailed progress reporting to onshore engineer Excellent working knowledge of the Bilfinger BMS Familiar with access requirements (Conventional/system scaffold, Rope access) IT literate, successful applicant must be proficient in excel to aid planning and carrying out detailed surveys.
