FM Account Manager Job Type: Permanent Start date: Immediate or notice period Industry: Facilities Management Location: Static (Looking after a portfolio of buildings within walking distance) Salary: £60,000 + package JOB DESCRIPTION: We are currently supporting a highly respected Facilities Management company in their search for an experienced Account Manager with Facilities Management experience to work on a prestigious site in Salford.
Previous Account / Contract Management experience in FM is essential.
This is a permanent role with good opportunities for future progression within the company.
Responsibilities will include: Overseeing a team of 14 hard services staff Direct reports Managing budgets and accounts Regular updates and meetings with the client on site Liaison with other departments Regular liaison and site updates with line manager Candidates must be able to demonstrate a previous and successful track record within the Facilities Management sector.
This role is offering £60,000 plus package.
