Responsible for the management of Fluidcare customers.
The role involves stabilizing and consolidating our existing customer base, whilst expanding the scope of existing contracts and improving budgetary controls and overall profitability, as well as gaining new Fluidcare accounts.
The Program Manager will work closely with the Fluidcare Operations team and EHS function to ensure we are delivering excellent levels of service to our customers in a safe, productive and cost-effective manner.
What will you do ?
Overall responsibility and accountability for allocated Fluidcare contracts.
Primary point of contact for Fluidcare customers.
Deliver commercial performance in line with the contract P&L.
Take action to address any issues that impact profitability.
Work with EHS and Fluidcare Operations team to ensure the Fluidcare sites are operating safely and in accordance with QH policies.
Make sure sufficient PO coverage is in place and we have up-to-date signed contracts.
Where the customer won't enter into a new agreement, ensure service charge are reviewed, employment costs and any other contractual obligations and adjust the costs annually.
Review product pricing and margin levels on a quarterly basis, applying price increases as and when required to ensure we maintain acceptable levels of profitability.
If a pricing mechanism is in place, ensure that quarterly / six monthly reviews are taking place and margin recovery is being achieved.
Review and manage budgetary and usage data monthly to ensure contracts are performing in line with commercial expectations and baseline metrics.
Working with the Fluidcre Site Manager / Supervisor, ensure we are converting Tier 2 products to QH fluids and increasing share of wallet sales on site.
Working with the Fluidcare Business Development Manager to create and implement a strategic plan for gaining new Fluidcare customers.
Ensure the site and operations team manage and maintain a strong relationship with the customer, ensuring regular communication across a range of functions i.e.
production, EHS, purchasing etc… Make sure monthly internal and customer review meetings are taking place and key actions are being recorded and actioned within a timely manner.
Attend these meetings either quarterly or 6 monthly.
Responsible for the CVR process and capturing / reporting cost saving initiatives and projects to the customer.
Ensure the team utilize various business functions i.e.
Fluid Intelligence to support in project identification.
Where we have guaranteed savings targets, make sure we work closely with the customer to gain project sign off and Commercial Finance to capture and record savings achieved.
Responsible for all on site stock.
Make sure the site team are managing products and consumable stocks efficiently and maintaining agreed min / max quantities.
Where we have consignment stock agreements, it's essential we bill the customer for T2 materials within a 3 to 6 month period.
What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have solid experience as a Key Account Manager within a multinational environment.
A background in managing service contracts within the industrial sector and/or any metalworking experience is highly valued.
Excellent communication skills and a strategic business understanding that allows an effective management of key stakeholders of all seniority levels, is a must.
Education level - minimum bachelor degree.
Soft skills: Results driven, leadership skills, problem solver, customer focus and receptive to change.
