Location: Skelmersdale, WN8 8DY Hourly Rate: £14.00 per hour Hours of Work: Sun-Thu 22.00-06.00 Contract Type: Temporary full-time, ongoing positions for the right candidates Start Date: Immediate start dates available A well-established national logistics supply chain is currently expanding and seeking experienced Reach Truck drivers.
With multiple contracts operating from this location, you'll be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment where prior experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities as a Reach Truck Driver: Safely operating equipment to move products, pallets, and materials around the warehouse.
Transferring pallets to and from designated storage areas.
Stacking goods in racking locations, ensuring safe and stable arrangement.
Picking products for customer orders and transporting them to the correct despatch areas.
Performing regular stock checks and reporting any discrepancies or damaged goods.
Carrying out general warehouse duties.
Requirements: At least 1 year of recent experience operating FLT Reach trucks.
A valid and current RTITB or ITSAAR certificate for Reach trucks(in-house will not be accepted).
Experience in a fast-paced logistics environment, working to pick rates.
Ideally, experience with Radio Data Terminals (RDTs).
