We have an exciting opportunity for a Counterbalance FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team in Droitwich.
This is a temp-to-perm position offering competitive pay and the chance to develop new skills within a supportive environment.Key Responsibilities: Order picking: Using manual pallet trucks to prepare products for dispatch.Loading and unloading: Handling steel tubes and other materials, ensuring smooth operations and gaining experience to cover for holidays and sickness.Labelling: Generating and applying accurate product labels.Stock control: Conducting regular stock inventories to maintain accurate records.Compliance: Following strict production paperwork and packing standards.
What We're Looking For: Physical fitness: This is a physically demanding role, so you'll need to be fit and capable of handling heavy materials.Attention to detail: Strong arithmetic and reading skills are essential to ensure accuracy in picking and packing.Independence: The ability to work unsupervised and maintain high standards is key.
