Please only apply for this role if you can drive and have the use of a vehicle Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Flooring Sales Person located in Hockley Heath.
The role is 5 days a week but does include Saturdays.
The Flooring Sales Person will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting suitable flooring options, providing product information, generating sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements Sales, Customer Service, and Communication skills.
Must have use of your own vehicle as you may occasionally have to deliver goods locally to fitters.
Ability to provide flooring recommendations based on customer needs.
Good maths skills as you will have to do in house estimates.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Physical ability to move and lift flooring samples, and assist with deliveries.
Previous use of a CRM system is essential.
Must be proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.
Prior experience in sales or the flooring industry would be useful.
