Contracts Manager (Flooring) Basildon £40,000 - £50,000 + Monday-Friday + Office-based + Company Car + Phone + Laptop + Company Benefits Are you a Contracts Manager or similar from a flooring background looking for a technical, hands on role where you will oversee industrial, commercial and residential projects from planning to completion within a well-established company providing the autonomy to make the role your own as you work on projects around the Basildon area?
This well-established company has seen continual growth for the last 20 years and provides commercial, industrial and residential flooring services.
Now they are looking to expand their friendly team with a flooring contracts manager to ensure their continued success.
In this varied role, you will be responsible for discussing project requirements, survey inspections, audit reports, liaising with the estimating team, purchasing/hiring plant equipment and more.
You will be working 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday, travelling around the Basildon area.
This role would suit a contracts manager or similar with a background in flooring looking to join a tight-knit team in a varied role that offers the opportunity to work on exciting and specialist projects .
The Role: * Oversee smooth installation process and projects safety standards * Liaise with senior leadership, clients and contractors on site * 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday The Person: * Contracts Manager or similar * Flooring background Commutable to Basildon Contracts Manager, PM, Construction, Flooring, Technical, Leadership, Site visits, Operations, Monday-Friday, Days-based, Basildon , Essex, Southend-on-Sea, Commercial, residential, Cost Management.
