Pension and generous holiday ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Interact with customers to develop loyalty and handle customer concerns.
Cleaning the bar, tables, chairs, and work area to maintain a sanitary environment.
Organising the bar area to streamline drink preparation and inventory.
Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations.
Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
