Floating Support Coordinator Location : Manchester Salary: £24,020 - £30,790 per annum The organisation launched in October 2024 following the merger of two other organisations.

The Role As a Floating Support Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to support clients through one-to-one work, care planning, risk assessment, and multi-agency working.
You will also be involved in delivering group interventions and liaising with their partners to support each client's overall health and well-being.
This role is based in Manchester and involves visiting clients in their homes to deliver support.
Therefore, a Valid UK driving license is required.
