What you'll be doing day-to-day:Coordinating busy diaries, organising client meetings, working across an array of time zonesGlobal travel arrangementsFrequently handling last-minute changesHandling invoices and expensesOrganising client entertainmentForming strong working relationships with other PAsThe skills you need to bring:Previous Banking PA experience highly preferredFloat PA experience a plus!Ability to stay calm under pressureTeam player and a sense of humourPositive self-starterAbility to maintain high level of confidentialityStrong MS Office skills
