What You'll Do as a Flights & Ops Coordinator: Manage flight bookings, ticketing, and schedule changes.
Handle client requests for extras like upgrades and add-ons.
Produce accurate travel documents and liaise with suppliers.
Communicate with clients, airport reps, and leaders to ensure smooth tour operations.
Assist with reports, manifests, and cost-effective planning.
What We're Looking for as a Flights & Ops Coordinator: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of airline pricing and GDS (preferred but not essential).
IT proficiency and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Previous travel industry experience (preferred but not required).
