Flexible Sen Teacher

We're looking for a SEN Teacher to take a creative approach to teaching pupils according to their educational needs, ensuring delivery of the school curriculum in a way that maximises pupil's achievement and ability to develop.
This is a great opportunity for a SEN Teacher who is keen to develop creative learning opportunities for pupils with varied and complex needs.
The successful candidate must be familiar with and happy to adopt a therapeutic approach to teaching and working with SEN/SEMH/Autistic pupils.
You will be calm, engaging, resilient, and have an innovative style of teaching, motivated by helping every pupil to reach their potential.
Key responsibilities include: Teaching a range of subjects Planning fun and engaging sessions Working with pupils with complex additional needs The school will cater for pupils aged 5 to 11 with complex educational needs, communication difficulties and challenging behaviour primarily with a diagnosis of ASD.
