The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling new build properties at our Derby, Chesterfield, and Telford sites.
Your primary focus will be on achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service to potential buyers.Job Duties: Promote and sell new build propertiesAchieve sales targetsProvide excellent customer serviceConduct property viewingsNegotiate prices and terms of salesAssist buyers with the purchasing processRequired Qualifications: Valid Driving LicenceExperience:Prior experience in new build sales with a developer is preferredKnowledge and Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesGood knowledge of the property marketAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWorking Conditions:This role involves working on-site at various locations in Derby, Chesterfield, and Telford.
