Main Purpose of the Job Reporting to our Flexi Hire Team Leader, the full time, permanent role incorporates the day-to-day administration of our Flexi Hire service to our corporate and public sector clients.
The Flexi Hire Administrator will work within the Flexi Hire team who provide a short-term vehicle hire solution to our clients across the UK.
They will be responsible for the administration of vehicle bookings and clients and offer support to the wider team.
They must be highly motivated to achieve sales targets and customer service targets, be organised and have excellent attention to detail and thrive in a team environment.
Location: Office based at Swansea, SA4 4LL.
Main Duties Liaising with clients, colleagues and suppliers on vehicle hire bookings Managing bookings via a bespoke online system Being a point of contact for suppliers and clients alike Participating in client review meeting - generally via Teams Communicating with different levels of stakeholders - business owners, fleet managers, drivers and suppliers Administration and reporting tasks Required Aptitude, Skills and Abilities Proficient Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook Excellent verbal communication skills, confident on the telephone Comfortable with learning and using multiple software platforms Excellent attention to detail Motivated in achieving high levels of customer service and sales targets Strong communicator with excellent audio and video call manner and written skills Flexible, helpful, approachable, adaptable, reliable - this role will liaise with all other teams within Day's Fleet Confident in contributing to regular internal and external Teams meetings Highly organised with ability to multitask A knowledge and interest in vehicles and vehicle hire is desirable but not essential Employee Benefits: Competitive salary 6.2 weeks annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays, based on contracted hours; increasing after time served In-house training Contributory pension scheme * Life Assurance (death in service) * Staff discount scheme (vehicles, parts, servicing, vehicle hire, finance) Free on-site parking Cycle to work schemes Free and confidential access to BEN, employee assistance helpline available 24/7 Development opportunities within Day's Motor Group On site EV chargers Friends and Family discounted leasing and other benefits * Eligibility after qualifying period of continuous service Day's Fleet takes great pride in its achievements, attributing its success to the fundamental principles that underpin our Core Values.
