Job DescriptionFleet Sales Manager / Business Development (Automotive) – Hatfield area £40k – £45k Basic salary.
OTE £80Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.30pmTeam size to look after is 8 LBDM's, and assist with Fleet Hub Team of circa 12 people.Role will hold some accountability to prospect key customers and have own small target, so this isnt just a management role.

)Requirement to be present and visible regularly at the Hatfield Fleet Hub.Ideally looking for someone that have run a field sales team, or a strong LBDM that is looking for step into Management.Full brief as follows: Lead the LBDM team to increase our B2B sales across the Volkswagen Group Brands by ensuring relevant sales team KPI's are achieved; and support, develop and coach where necessary.Drive pro-active prospecting to identify all potential customers and maintain effective control of the DMS to maintain regular and professional contact.Build and maintain your own portfolio of Key End User accounts in the supply of vehicles.Support the LBDM's in working with the marketing teams to ensure our customer facing offering is up to date and relevant, and marketing campaigns can be generated.To manage the enquiry flow and achieve the relevant brand requirements in contact quality and responseTo ensure sales funnels are sufficient to meet targets.Support the Group Fleet Manager and relevant Heads of Business with both financial and registration forecasting
