About The Business: Being one of Europe's leading commercial vehicle manufacturers, my client offers a huge portfolio of products including vans, trucks, busses, and HGVs.
Providing transport solutions with the aim to simplify customer business through leading sustainable solutions.
In the UK they are consistently increasing their market share, having sold more LCVs than Ford and VW in 2023.
With more than a century of experience in manufacturing, the business has already gathered over 90 years of experience in electrically powered vehicles and are able to offer a wide range of EV commercial vehicles.

You'll be joining this premium manufacturer and take responsibility for developing their small SME fleet account base.
This role is all about understanding your customers business and consulting them on how your brand will help them run their business-critical fleet.
With market leading solutions of around the clock SMR packages, technology and finance options, you will not only be selling fantastic commercial vehicles but a strong suite of products alongside.
You will be able to build out this role how you see fit, having complete autonomy over your dairy and how you approach your customer base.
The business has a huge focus on building from within, you will be expected to run projects internally to provide insight on how the company can improve and do things differently.
Day To Day?
To achieve sales volumes within a 12-month period in line with the agreed company pricing structure.
To achieve an agreed amount of New and Used vehicle sales within a 12-month period to existing & conquest customers.
To actively promote New Sales, TopUsed, & Rental within the agreed territory.
To demonstrate New and Used vehicle product for their vehicle range.
To market and sell their in-house finance and after sales products.
To provide an agreed number of customers requiring quotations per month.
Work closely with the after sales teams providing solutions to problems.
To enhance the image and reputation of the company whilst supporting its commercial interests.
To provide information, maintain records and carry out all duties in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
About You: They are looking for an individual who takes initiative and has a willingness to learn, not for perfection!
A background in sales is essential.
Previous experience working within a team environment.
Knowledge of the automotive or finance industry would be preferred.
Customer focused, always want to do the best for the customer.
Team player, supporting and helping my teammates to be successful.
Results driven, always achieving targets.
Process oriented, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Confident with presenting to senior stakeholders.
Interested in your own personal development, learning while doing.
Full driving licence.
