This role is all about keeping things organised and running like clockwork, ensuring that repair invoices are accurate and customer-ready.Review and process repair invoices to make sure they're accurate and complete.Collaborate with our 24-branch network, responding to inquiries and providing top-notch support.Organise, analyse, and act on check-in and check-out sheets to resolve discrepancies.Handle general administrative duties and keep our Fleet Quality department running efficiently.Support customers and colleagues with repair history and recharge queries.About YouYou're a stickler for detail and love getting things right the first time.
Your communication skills are as sharp as your organisation skills, and you're a whizz with a keyboard.
