Fleet Manager Cheshire West | On site£40,000 - £50,000 per Annum BenefitsOur client is an established and growing business looking to recruit an experienced and dynamic Fleet Manager to join their team in the Crewe area.
The role is on site 5 days a week and will report to the Senior Leadership Team.ResponsibilitiesOptimisation of fleet including vehicle availability and efficiencyOwnership of fleet maintenance including vehicle servicing & MOTsUtilise fleet telematics and use related data to suggest improvementsTake lead on vehicle procurement and de-fleeting where neededEnsure vehicle compliance in line with legislationLiaise with vehicle manufacturersCo-ordinate with partner workshops efficientlyGenerate and share fleet data and reports to wider leadership teamIdentify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve fleet performancePositively contribute to company ESG strategySkills Proven experience of working as a fleet manager, ideally with fleet sizes 70 with national coverageExperience of using Fleet Telematics and various Transport Management SystemsDemonstrable experience of improving fleet performance including: driver performance, MPG and fleet utilisationCompliance focus with strong attention to detailStakeholder management with ability to influence at all levelsCommercially savvyWant to recruit a similar role?Cast UK is a leading executive consultancy, providing national recruitment solutions to both clients and candidates.
