Fleet Coordinator

Fleet Coordinator Our client works within the environmental industry and they are looking for a Fleet Coordinator due to growth.
You will be supporting the Fleet team to ensure the operational side of the business runs smoothly.
This is a full time Monday to Friday role and is fully office based.
Key tasks: Provide first-line support to colleagues on all matters related to the fleet Address and resolve queries and requests promptly and efficiently.
Ensure fleet operations comply with regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with departments like Finance, HR, and Procurement to align fleet operations with business objectives.
Oversee the organisation of Group Vehicle Requirements, including spot hire, rental, and contract hire.
Record and track changes to vehicle and driver information as needed.
Manage the Group's tolls, congestion charges, and ULEZ accounts.
Handle administrative tasks related to fleet forms and documentation.
Update the system with information such as license checks, parking notices, road tax, and other relevant details.
