Fleet Administrator

Fleet Administrator We are looking for a Fleet Administrator to work full-time within the Fleet Department at Kingsmill.
The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, good administration, organisational and computer skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
The job purpose is to support the I & C Operations/Municipal and Workshop.
Geographical knowledge, automotive experience and confidence in your own abilities will be an advantage in this role but not essential.
Principal Accountabilities Complete the monthly vehicle taxation.
Process all PCN's (Penalty Charge Notices) and Notice of Intent to Prosecute Notices.
Process PCN appeals for the set locations and see these through to end.
Understand the O Licence and Transport Manager functions for compliance.
Raise PR's on the system.
Process and order fuel cards and review existing cards.
Process MOT payments and manage top up account Process disposals, liaising with internal and external customers to end.
Add new vehicles to the Fleet Management System (Fleetwave).
Update Fleet Management System (Fleetwave) with all aspects of fleet, compliance certifications, vehicle movements etc.
Resolve queries from internal and external customers.
Update vehicle lists and movements.
Manage FTA vision vehicle locations.
Manage toll top up accounts with adding vehicles and payments.
Complete monthly compliance checks Assist the Hire Desk and source vehicles.
Complete any other administration duties as required within the Fleet Department.
A full training induction/plan will be provided.
