Overview The role of Fleet Administration Specialist for Europe North is part of the Business Partnering team within Europe North Finance.
Our team collaborates with the Regional General Manager, Senior EMEA Finance Director and the team of employees and managers within the Europe North Region.
The countries we support include the UK, Ireland, The Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland.

The Europe North Finance team is based in the UK and Ireland.
The Fleet Administration specialist is responsible for the day-to-day planning, directing, managing, coordinating, and supervising the programs for acquisition, assignment, utilization, maintenance, repair, replacement, and disposal of our fleet vehicles.
The fleet administrator is also responsible for engaging with the Finance business partnering and accounting teams to deliver accurate and up to date information for AOP and forecasting.
Responsibilities Ordering replacement vehicles for existing employees Ordering new vehicles for new employees Maintaining a cost and renewal schedule for all employees and countries Ensuring the successful rollout of our EV fleet strategy across the region Ensuring compliance with our fleet policy and insurance requirements across the region Providing solutions to employees Building relationships with key stakeholders FLEET Management for approx.
470 company cars in the region (North & East) Manage all fleet administration matters with the support of the Leasing companies and other outsource partners in each country, for example: Lease contract management Ensure compliance with local car policies Support employees with reliable guidance Provide reliable and timely change data to Accounting High focus on streamlining process flows to improve efficiency while deliver expected service.
COST CONTROLLING Responsibility for cost control for each of the listed areas.
Securing credits with key car brands.
Securing competitive insurance renewals and volume discounts across Europe North and East.
Qualifications Proven experience in this field and the ability to demonstrate successful fleet administration and task management in a similar role Strong MS Excel-knowledge Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and requests in a timely manner Excellent people and problem solving skills A hands on approach Pro-active and open communication skills Ability to prioritize and work within deadlines and timelines In addition to salary, we work flexibly and provide excellent family friendly benefits such as attractive employer pension contribution, life assurance, income protection and private medical.
