Do you want to work for a business who are rapidly expanding, passionate about progression and reward their employees for their hard work and successes?Fleet Administration AssistantWorking as a part of a busy team within our truck and trailer business we have an opportunity for an enthusiastic Fleet Administration Assistant based at our Stone branch.You will focus on providing high-quality customer service to our truck and trailer businesses.
This role will keep you on your toes and has a lot of elements to it.
Here is a flavour of what you'll be doing day to day:Effectively looking after the fleet operations and administration of the branchCoordinating and planning MOT test schedules and any maintenance programmesCoordinating the delivery and collection of vehicles to customers and our branchesOther general administration.To be successful in this role:Be a confident communicator with an excellent telephone mannerHave strong administrative skillsBe PC literate with the ability to adapt to a wide variety of tasksCan work well under pressureAll candidates will need to demonstrate that they have the Right to Work in the UK.A clean driving license is also highly desirable.Prior knowledge or experience of asset rental, distribution or transport would be advantageous, but is not essential. So, if juggling multiple plates, and being within evolving, rewarding environment sounds up your street, then this is the job for you!
