Globally acclaimed for its exceptional client care and top-tier legal expertise, the firm is expanding its Healthcare Regulatory Team.
They are seeking an experienced Associate / Solicitor to work alongside their established team, handling a variety of regulatory cases, including disciplinary investigations, NHSE investigations, and CQC investigations.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years PQE, with experience in Healthcare Regulatory matters and exposure to advocacy.
With a steady influx of new instructions from private care providers and NHS Resolution, the firm is looking for a motivated and technically skilled lawyer who can build strong relationships and deliver outstanding service to clients.
The role involves managing a caseload of disciplinary investigations, NHSE investigations, and CQC investigations, as well as supervising team members and occasionally providing training to clients.
