Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Exhibit and satisfy all duties & responsibilities that exist for a BFT coach Deliver pre-designed sessions/workouts to groups of up to 36 clients in studio and at pop-up events Energize and motivate clients throughout class Build BFT class attendance and retain current clientele Teach proper technique to ensure clients have a safe and positive experience Have strong understanding of the different BFT sessions, as well as distinguishing features between each Handle member concerns when applicable Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed Set up equipment and explain session intention and flow for prospects and new clients Maintain strong social media presence to increase class following Qualifications: Exhibit and satisfy all requirements that exist for a BFT coach Must have a 4-year degree (in a related field) and/or a nationally recognized PT certification Coaching experience preferred Love of boutique fitness is a must – passion for strength training is a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to create a high energy, positive environment that welcomes all people Fantastic communication that exudes energy AND empathy Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goals Passion for having fun daily and making every customer excited to train with BFT Must exude charisma & thrive in a group environment Must possess and maintain current CPR/AED certification
