We are recruiting for an Engineer to join a manufacturing company based in Lancing.
In this role, you will work with silicon and diamond processing, ensuring a high quality, clean room environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous laboratory experience and/or a relevant qualification in Science.
As an Engineer, your key responsibilities will include: Silicon and Diamond detector processing by using wet bench, furnaces and mask aligners Diamond and silicon quality inspection Understanding and following design drawings and processing documents Maintaining a clean, safe and healthy working environment Ensuring all parts, labour and processes progress on schedule to meet customer expectations Requirements: Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills both written and verbally Previous laboratory experience A degree in Science or equivalent (desired not essential) Benefits: Free onsite parking 4 weeks paid holiday + closed over Christmas and New Years 4 day working week (Monday-Friday) This is a full time permanent position working 37.5 hours a week on a 4 day working week between Monday & Friday on an annual salary of £25,000.
