MS546 - Electricians Mate Location: Dunfermline (National Travel) Salary: From £30,160 Per Annum Overview: First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our reputable client who is seeking a Electricians Mate to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, flexible, presentable, and willing to learn.
Overtime and staying away from home in accommodation will be required on a regular basis as we have contracts UK wide.Our client encourages applications from former service personnel, however all qualified candidates will be given due consideration.
Duties and Responsibilities: Installing, maintaining, modifying, and repairing electrical systems in public spaces and buildings including electric car charging points.
Assisting carrying out electrical installation work.
Identifying electrical problems and assisting with repairing them.
Be capable of assisting to carry out test and inspection of electrical installation and providing satisfactory documentation as required by the Company's nominated certificating body (NICEIC, ECA etc.).
All mates should be PC literate and be able to demonstrate a basic background in IT skills.
Completing work orders and recording materials that are used on the job.
Skills and Experiences: Experience in a similar role is essential.
Hold a valid ECS card.
Hold BS7671 18th edition certification. (desirable).
Hold a full, clean driving license.
