First Line Support

Job Title: First Line Support Location: Bristol Salary: £27,000 Peaple Talent has partnered with an MSP who are looking for a 1st Line Support Analyst to join the team.
Our client is looking for someone with excellent communication skills to provide onsite and telephone support to end-users.
Training will be provided to get you up to speed with Active Directory, M365, Windows OS & Server.
The Role: Act as the first point of contact for technical service requests and incidents.
