First Line Manager - Specalist Group | Telford | JR2410_0024 Leverage your firearms expertise to make a meaningful impact in this role YOUR ROLE Located at our prestigious warehouse facility, you will take charge of overseeing a secure area dedicated to the management of various high-priority and hazardous goods.
In this role, you'll ensure the smooth daily operations and top performance of multiple teams, including Team Leaders, Warehouse Operatives, and Administrators.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Working week Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm Undertake effective Resource Utilisation, Planning and Management activities as required.
Responsible for effective and efficient Operational Area Management as applicable and as required.
Be an Ambassador for Quality and actively participate in continuous quality improvements, including driving changes in quality gates and culture.
Ensuring compliance of the operation to the Quality systems, industry standards and legal requirements.
Ensure Statement of Requirement (SOR) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) adherence at all times.
Continually reviewing all aspects of the operation and driving improvements in methods, procedures and efficiency.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES Fire Arms knowledge would be advantageous Fire Arms Act 1968 (As Amended) aware JSP440 (in relation to firearms security) Dangerous goods regulations aware Logistics management experience in a large fast moving environment Strong warehouse system experience Leadership qualities including the ability to enthuse and motivate Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Please be aware that by applying for this role, you are agreeing to participate in the employment screening process.
