As an Ecom FLM you will be required too: - Support the Shift Manager to achieve an efficient and effective operation, meeting goals and  objectives.
- Ensure company policies are communicated, applied, and enforced                                      - Organise and lead the focus on improved productivity levels using coaching and mentoring skills.
- Contribute to site continuous improvement agenda - High level of data entry and analytics of customer systems  Your experience:  - Previous Management experience required - Warehouse experience desire - High data entry skills - Excel knownledge Working Times/Days :  - Monday to friday PAYE Rate - £29,000
