Be an expert MSK clinician within primary care, managing patient needs and utilise relevant services to support GPs.
Work within the PCN, integrating as part of the team, and engaging with the wider team.
Deliver programs to support patient self-management, facilitate behavioural change, optimise physical activity and mobility, and reduce pharmacological interventions.
Demonstrate flexibility to work across multiple GP Practices within the local area.
Track and report on patient appointments to demonstrate value to service commissioners.
Ensure comprehensive clinical documentation is accurate and kept up to date.
The ideal First Contact Physiotherapist will have:
Active and clear registration with the HCPC Bsc Physiotherapy Have a minimum of 5 years MSK experience Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice If you are an FCP, Physiotherapist or First Contact Physiotherapist this could be the perfect role for you.
