First-Class Academic Mentor Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support for up to five students, fostering their academic growth.
Lead interventions in key subjects, tailored to students' individual learning needs.
Assist students both inside and outside the classroom, creating an inclusive and productive learning environment.
Collaborate closely with class teachers and other professionals to support students with behavioural and SEND requirements.
Act as a positive role model, instilling confidence and motivation in learners.
Essential Requirements: A 1:1 degree from a leading UK university.
Previous experience in tutoring, mentoring, or child-based roles (preferred).
Strong and confident approach to behaviour management.
Passion for working with SEND students and creating a supportive educational environment.
A proactive, enthusiastic, and empathetic attitude.
