Finishing Foreman

Description Kenton Black has an immediate long term requirement for a Finishing Foreman to work on a residential project based in Chelmsford, EssexKey Responsibilities:•Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and quality control.•Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders.•Implement best practices in construction management to optimize efficiency and minimize risks.•Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports and health and safety.Key Requirements: •Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on residential projects ideally looking after internal units from 1st fix to handover •Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
