Sector: Public Sector, Government role, ongoing temporary Role: Admin Officer Location: Kidderminster, DY10 Hours & Pay: Full Time, Monday to Friday - £11.59 per hour for the first 12 weeks, rising to £11.88 per hour in the 13th week of employment.
Responsibilities: Taking calls, and dealing with challenging queries Dealing with admin processes including correspondence, write offs, reports and checks Reviewing accounts Managing fines enforcement cases General enforcement work Person Specification: Must have, and be able to demonstrate, experience with Excel Previous administration experience Customer service experience (desirable) In house training will be provided.
