The teams: Within their consulting practice, they have two teams.
One of the teams offers the opportunity to develop in strategy and transformation projects, both from a business and a technology perspective.
This could include projects such as: operating model organisational design operational improvement technology implementation/strategy digital transformation customer and digital strategy finance/pricing strategy business transformation The other team encompasses projects in the risk and regulation space, including compliance and ESG.
The role: This role is an opportunity to join a business that is looking to triple in size over the next few years.
As a graduate, you will join one of the teams to gain some excellent exposure to financial services clients, while building outstanding consulting foundations that can lead to very fast progression through the business.
My client has specific interest in candidates who are ambitious, entrepreneurial, and hungry to develop.
The Ideal Candidate: Must have experience in Financial Services, ideally in consulting Must have a degree from a top university in a relevant field Must have a year in industry or internships Must be keen to work for a small but growing business that works solely with financial services clients across banking, insurance, and wealth and asset management The logistics: My client offers a salary of £30,000 , with prosperous company benefits.
This role is Central London based, with WFH flexibility.
