Financial Risk Manager

IGA Talen Solutions are supporting a leading Life insurer with a key hire within their actuarial Risk team.
Our client is looking for a Financial Risk manager to work closely with the CRO to support risk activities across the team.
Key responsibilities include the likes below Play a leading role in advising on the financial risks of the company.
Providing 2nd line review, challenge, and reporting on project, commercial, and strategic proposals including Bulk Purchase Annuity deals and acquisition activity.
Develop, review and monitor financial risk appetites, limits and scenarios, including the design of stress and scenarios included in ORSA processes Produce and develop of the Company's risk reporting, MI packs and other papers to Board and relevant Committees.
Provide oversight and review of Matching Adjustment-related risks.
The CRO is keen to support individuals who are interested in becoming a CRO is the future, This is an exciting time to join the business as they enter the BPA market.
Our client is offering a flexible working pattern from their Home counties office which will be based on 3 days per week in the office and 2 days from home
