Job Title: Finance Manager, FP&A Head Office Location: Brindley Place, Birmingham Job Location: Chippenham, SN14 0GU Salary - £55,000per annum Contract type - Permanent Working hours - Full Time/Part Time options can be discussed Closing Date - 20/12/2024 Interview Date - January About the role Responsible for build of the long-term plan and consolidation of annual budget This role is key to providing analysis and strategic insights to senior stakeholders in order to influence long-term decision making.
Working closely with the Finance Business Partnering and Treasury, teams linking the analysis into performance management, cashflow and budgeting processes.
Planning / Forecasting: Consolidate the annual budget and build into the long-term financial plan Own the long-term financial planning model and process Stress test and run scenarios Provide meaningful analysis and insights Build and develop complex financial models in Excel to simulate various scenarios, supporting risk management and long-term planning Insights: Develop and refine dashboards and ad hoc reports Identify and communicate potential financial risks Communicate financial trends and recommendations to senior management.

About you We are looking for a strong analyst with planning/forecast experience who can demonstrate a track record of adding value through insights to the organisations they work with.
A qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA, ACA) or equivalent experience Analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights and interpret the impact of both financial and non-financial commercial decisions.
Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities, ideally with advanced Excel skills Initiative-taking, results-oriented, and commercial mindset with the ability to thrive in a complex working environment.
